Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Purchases

Each video title is priced at $100 USD, with a 7-day viewing validity period upon purchase. Your purchase grants you access to stream every episode of that video title for 7 days, starting from the moment your payment is completed. The price is $100.00 per video title.

2. Streaming access

Streaming access is personal and non-transferable. Episodes are streamed only; no downloads are provided. Access ends automatically when the 7-day window expires. All services are digitally delivered online with no physical goods involved.

3. Refunds

• Full refund will be granted if you are not satisfied after watching no more than 3 episodes.
• A 50% partial refund is available if you have watched 4-10 episodes and are dissatisfied with the content.
• No refund will be provided once more than 10 episodes have been viewed.

The system will track episode-viewing records for refund-eligibility verification. An episode counts as watched once its playback has started. Refund requests are evaluated against the episodes watched at the time the request is received.

To request a refund, visit your account page while your purchase is active. Refunds are granted as a customer courtesy and are processed back to your original payment method.

4. Content

All video titles, characters, and content are the property of their respective owners. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any streamed content.

5. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. We may suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent access controls.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or its content.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party hosting, network, or payment services;
• Losses arising from your own actions, device, internet connection, or failure to safeguard your account;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service;
• Availability of any specific video title — content may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
